Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME:
The formal processing time for in-stock orders is 1-2 business days.
Orders are processed using the FIFO Method (First In, First Out).
Express shipping methods do not equal express processing.
Processing cutoff for in-stock orders is 3 pm EST.
SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC ORDER SHIPPING:
Free shipping on orders of $200 or more (U.S. exclusions apply).
Some products are excluded from free shipping.
Shipping carriers may be adjusted to expedite delivery.
Shipping method may be downgraded if not applicable.
No shipping method includes Saturday delivery.
SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING:
We serve international customers in Canada.
Shipping rates do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes.
We do not lower or devalue shipment contents.
Similar to domestic orders, shipping carriers may be adjusted for better delivery times.
Recipients of international shipments are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
Customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays.
No shipping method includes Saturday delivery.
SECTION 4 - APO / PO BOX SHIPPING RATES:
We do not ship to APO / PO Box address's unfortunately
SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
When shipping orders outside of the United States, recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

We, as the seller, have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT VERIFICATION (FRAUD PROTECTION):
We use various methods, including Address Verification System, to verify the validity of online orders.
Billing information must match cardholder's issuing bank.
Orders flagged for verification may experience processing delays.
SECTION 7 - REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
Refused or undeliverable orders will be processed as standard returns.
Shipping costs, return freight charges, and return to sender fees may be deducted from the refund.
International orders that were refused may incur additional fees.
SECTION 8 - 7 DAY RULE:
Customers should contact us immediately if they believe a shipment was not delivered.
Claims for lost packages must be opened within a specific time frame.
We are not responsible for claims made 7 days after delivery.
