Stage 1 Paint Correction, also known as Single Stage Paint Enhancement, involves a single-step process where the paintwork is polished using a specific type of polish and pad combination. This method is ideal for vehicles with paintwork in good condition, free from significant swirl marks and only minor imperfections. During the Stage 1 or Single Stage Machine Polish, the paint is refined using a finishing polish and a finishing pad, which is typically not abrasive enough to eliminate swirl marks and scratches. After this process, a wax or paint sealant is applied to provide protection for the refreshed paintwork. This technique is tailored to enhance the overall appearance and protect the existing paint quality on vehicles with minimal imperfections.
