Overview


Redline Restorations is not a racing team, motorsports organization, or performance racing facility and does not engage in, sponsor, support, test, or participate in racing, track events, time trials, competitive driving, or any form of motorsports activity.

All services provided by Redline Restorations are strictly limited to classic vehicle restoration, preservation, maintenance, repair, and general automotive services. Any work performed, including but not limited to mechanical repairs, modifications, fabrication, tuning, or component installation, is not intended, designed, engineered, tested, or approved for racing, competitive, high-performance, or track use, unless expressly agreed to in a written contract signed by an authorized representative of Redline Restorations.

Redline Restorations expressly disclaims any and all liability for damages, injuries, losses, mechanical failures, or legal claims arising from or related to the use of any vehicle in racing, competitive driving, track events, off-road use, or any activity beyond normal street or display use.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that any use of a vehicle in racing or competitive environments is done entirely at the customer’s own risk, and that Redline Restorations shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

By authorizing work to be performed by Redline Restorations, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the terms of this disclaimer in full.
