PRODUCT DETAILS

Redline Restorations is pleased to offer this exceptionally well-equipped and beautifully presented 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, finished in its code-correct Tuxedo Black exterior over a striking Black interior with White vinyl seats and door panels, complemented by a Black convertible top.

This Corvette was originally assembled on June 12, 1967, and is one of just 815 examples produced in Tuxedo Black for the model year. Its rare color combination, desirable factory equipment, numbers-matching drivetrain, body-off restoration, and extensive documentation make it a particularly well sorted example of the final-year C2 Corvette.

Power comes from its numbers-matching 327-cubic-inch V8, factory-rated at 300 horsepower, paired with a Powerglide automatic transmission. The drivetrain has been fully serviced, and the engine, transmission, rear end, brakes, gauges, lighting, and turn signals are reported to be in proper operating condition.

The Tuxedo Black paint presents with a deep, reflective shine and gives the car a dramatic presence from every angle. The Black convertible top remains in very good condition, while the chrome bumpers, weatherstripping, rally wheels, and center caps also present well. Correct date-coded side glass remains in place.

A set of radial redline tires completes the period appearance and reportedly retains approximately 10/32-inch tread depth. Side exhaust has been added, giving the Corvette a more aggressive stance and an unmistakable V8 exhaust note.

The interior is equally impressive, featuring Black carpeting, White vinyl seats and door-panel inserts, a center console, dual dash pods, full instrumentation, GM seatbelts, and a correct-appearing AM/FM radio. The seats, carpets, dashboard, gauges, console, and door panels all show very well, creating a cabin that feels both authentically vintage and carefully restored.

Factory and period equipment includes power steering, power brakes, power windows, a telescopic steering column, AM/FM radio, and factory air conditioning. Factory air is an especially desirable option on a mid-year Corvette and adds significantly to this car’s usability and appeal.

The frame is described as solid and rust-free, and the car has undergone a comprehensive body-off restoration. A major strength of this Corvette is its extensive documentation. The sale includes the original Protect-O-Plate, service and ownership records dating back to 2010, and a substantial binder containing photographs, restoration documentation, and service records. This collection provides valuable insight into the car’s history, restoration, maintenance, and long-term care.

With its rare factory color, numbers-matching 327, factory air conditioning, extensive power equipment, documented history, and high-quality restoration, this 1967 Corvette Convertible offers a combination seldom found in a single car.
